Norvell IP LLC OUR PHILOSOPHY Norvel IP Intellectual Property Law Group

The attorneys at Norvell IP have been in the large law firm environment, where change is resisted and the focus is on billable rates and billable hours. But Norvell IP is different. Our philosophy is to adapt and change with our clients. We use technology to our advantage, utilizing a paperless filing system that is security-accessible by our attorneys 24 hours a day from anywhere in the world. Each attorney and paralegal has one phone number that follows him or her, whether in the office, on the road, or after hours. And, of course, we answer the phone ourselves. We offer flexible billing depending on a client's needs, ranging from fixed fee to project based. Tell us what you want, and we will exceed your expectations.

Installing and repairing boilers can be extremely dangerous, requiring specialised knowledge and tools. For this reason, we will only ever put you in touch with Gas Safe registered boiler engineers, trained to work safely and efficiently in your home or place of work according to UK standards. DIY of any kind with boilers is strongly discouraged. Why attempt potentially dangerous maintenance on your boiler when the professionals are standing by?

Available Boiler Services: We offer a range of services including installation and repair. If your boiler is old and outdated, you might want to consider replacing the old with a newer model. Older boilers can account for as much as 60% of your annual energy bill. New high efficiency condensing boilers convert 90% of their energy into heat, reducing your energy bill by up to 40% in one fell swoop. Modern boilers can actually save you money in the long run while being kinder to the environment. Most new boiler installations also come with a maintenance plan.

Additional Boiler Services: Boiler maintenance is essential for the efficiency of the boiler and the safety of your loved ones. Neglected boilers can become dangerous, especially if their fail safe mechanisms have been compromised. Get boiler quotes from us today for installation, repair and maintenance services by certified boiler engineers. If you're not sure what type of boiler is best for your home or commercial premises, we can put you in touch with the professionals to help make you an informed decision to suit your budget.

Types of Boilers: There are a range of commercial and residential boilers available, operating on a variety of fuels. Wall mounted, gas heaters are typical in homes. However, this may not be adequate for larger premises. Oil and liquefied petroleum gas boilers are also available. Always consult the professionals before deciding on a boiler type. Energy efficiency and running costs should be taken into consideration over and above the initial installation expense. Depending on your location, solar powered boilers may also be an option.

Fenton Law Group | Fraud and Abuse

Allegations of healthcare fraud or abuse, whether alleged by state or federal government or private entities, can be devastating. There has been a steady expansion in the definition of what constitutes “fraud;” what was once considered a “billing error” is increasingly treated as fraud and abuse. In the face of this trend and the increasing aggressiveness of the State of California, the federal government, and health insurers, the need for experienced and sound counsel is greater than ever.

Few law firms have as much experience as Fenton Law Group in defending healthcare providers against allegations of fraud and abuse. On a daily basis, we counsel healthcare providers on how to avoid allegations and how to respond when they arise. Charges of healthcare fraud and abuse are inevitably challenging and sensitive; there are many areas of healthcare regulatory compliance where providers are at risk of such charges. For example, we have represented multiple providers in major “civil RICO” lawsuits brought by out-of-state health insurance companies against California physicians accused of cooperating with dishonest clinic managers in performing unnecessarily. In the area of insurance law, it is important to hire an insurance fraud attorney who knows the ins and outs of healthcare insurance. We have defended countless fraud investigations by federal and state government agencies. Our experience includes defense of:

  • Federal civil RICO lawsuits by out-of-state insurance companies
  • Medicare investigations by Office of the Inspector General (OIG)
  • Medi-Cal fraud investigations by the Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) or Bureau of Medi-Cal Fraud and Elder Abuse (BMFEA)
  • False Claims Act and qui tam lawsuits
  • California Department of Insurance investigations
  • Medical Board of California fraud investigations

We have successfully represented countless individual physicians and healthcare facilities against such allegations in many of the leading cases filed in Southern California. We have won significant victories at trial and on appeal. When in our clients’ best interests, we have also negotiated favorable settlements with federal and state regulatory agencies.

In handling such cases, we are able to draw upon our vast knowledge and experience of healthcare compliance issues, including Medicare, Medi-Cal, and private insurance coverage. Our track record of good results in these cases are a testament to our ability to leverage that knowledge and experience. In addition, our experience provides us ample resources to assist in development of compliance programs to minimize the risk of fraud and abuse litigation.
